Sunday Afternoon at MoMA...Timeless Cool

Sunday afternoons at MoMa/the Museum of Modern Art.... although the wind was whipping up and down the streets of Manhattan yesterday we found refuge in the MoMA. It was a great afternoon being together.... visiting some very old friends and making some new as we walked the galleries soaking it all in. Any of your favorites? My favorite photo is the two young girls

Cindy Sherman 1981

Matisse conceived this "souvenir of Morocco" in 1912, the color black used to simplify
divide and join the three zones of the canvas.
