Tulips....a love affair

I love TULIPS.   They are my favorite flower.  I often think of  tulips as the Audrey Hepburn of flowers....long, willowy, and simple.  It is spring in the Northeast and the tulip garden at our local park was in full bloom this weekend.......  Glorious color everywhere swaying gently in the breeze.

Did you know that when your cut tulips start to droop too much a cap full of gin will bring them right back to  perfect posture!
