The beloved art of window dressing (which by the way is a tough job).... Windows need to make you stop in your tracks, create intrigue and make you dream with the ultimate goal of inviting you in. NYC store windows, especially during the holidays are visual treats. Bergdorf Goodman, Barney's, and Tiffany's to name a few. This year on my list to see is Calvin Klein. Working in collaboration with Anthony Goicolea, a Cuban born, Brooklyn based multimedia artist, the designer has created Middle Night, a short film set in a woodsy, wintery setting with white canvas tents and shadows. Interesting, very Calvin, and a great watch for the 1st day of December.
