The summer has come to an end and I find myself gathering the last of my favorite summer foods to have one last fling. The corn, tomatoes, all those fabulous fresh veggies. Here is the Heirloom Tomato Basil and Mozzarella salad that I made this weekend.
Easily made with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. The key is great sea salt, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Here is where I get those items Zingerman's, although they tend to be a little pricey, I use them where the flavors would be most appreciated.....like the salad above.
