Trade Secrets Garden Tour 2010

I experienced a little piece of heaven today ....Trade Secrets Garden Tour

The ever-popular Trade Secrets Weekend is a rare plant and garden antiques sale on Saturday followed by Garden Tours on Sunday in the Litchfield Hills. The tour starts at the home of Interior designer and garden book author Bunny Williams’ intensively planted fifteen-acre estate....oh my!  The event benefits Women’s Support Services of the Northwest Corner and celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.  It is hard to believe that this gem has been taking place, almost in my backyard, and I have never attended.   I can only say it will will go on my calendar every year.  It was breath taking....and word has it, it gets better and better, which is hard to believe.  I will have to share this with you over the next week.  There is just too much for one to  digest in one sitting,  it was visual overload at it's finest!   Here we go....

Not your average Pool House.....

I am speechless...

The pool .....beautiful and interesting,  perfect for the pool house.

This is amazing, check out the gorgeous ferns and planters...they were everywhere,

Perfection!

 beautiful.....

from every angle.

Even the dog beds are to die for.....

One last glance looking back ....
 Tomorrow the Woodland Garden....
