Happy Birthday Earth Day, April 22, 2010.
How are you celebrating Earth Day?

John Hardy, one of my favs, shared with me how they celebrated Earth Day 2010!
How are you celebrating Earth Day and  making an impact?

They are determined to be a pioneer in environmentalism by striking balance between luxury and sustainability. Particularly for Earth Day every year, we organize various activities according to the local environment of our offices in Bali, Hong Kong, New York and Bangkok. ...

Greener Every day

We can always do better. We are implementing energy efficiency programs, and evaluating ways to become a carbon neutral or even carbon negative company through all areas of our operations.

Here is their Earth Day Video.....

Take a look at some of  my favorites from their Spring 2010 Collection. The Collection is inspired by the Zen gardens in Japan, the signature Kali-look of water smoothed stones is now surrounded with flowing oval patterns of fine carved chain. They have the most fabulous bracelets and of course, I love bracelets!

The highly polished free form pebble shapes are surrounded by intricate sculptural lines of Carved Chain, resembling the raked sand of Zen Gardens. The master-art of Carved Chain engraving is a detailed and skillful technique that gives the collection a unique and organic form.

The back grills depict scenes of the Zen garden and a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
