Perfect....Old Design, New material.
First of all
I love flatware, and I love artists who were ahead of their time. This newer
Puiforcat pattern
Guethary was actually designed in 1926 by Jean E
Puiforcat and recently redesigned in stainless steel for everyday use. It has been years since I visited the
Puiforcat Factory in Paris. This visit cemented my love of the brand, which was already a favorite. I watched a small group of
artisans working on a pieces of flatware, each carefully polishing and finishing the pieces with the skills that has been passed through generations of families. Taking days to complete, each piece is a work of art!
