A Voce............ a great meal

There is truly nothing better than a great meal. I wanted everything on the menu. Luckily, I was with a group who were willing to share so I could indulge. Simple, modern and Italian.... all delicious and inspiring. It made me return home and want to duplicate everything.....which of course I could not. I was however, able to do this and it was fabulous:

Sardinian Sheep's Milk Ricotta simply served with herbs,sea salt, olive oil on toasted pita! If in NYC your need to go to A Voce.

Only a young, new, fresh designer with a true passion for tea could create a teapot as beautiful as this, the Sorapot. Joey Roth, entranced by the unfurling of tea leaves, designed the Sorapot to emphasise this process.
